Update on the Pine Wood Derby

We will be doing the first setup of the track for those of you who volunteered on Friday at 7pm. Arriving at 7 pm is fine and we anticipate it taking about 1 to 1.5 hours based on how much help we have

The schedule for Saturday will be this

8:30 am - 8:45 am           Setup
8:45 am - 9:15 am           Tigers
9:15 am - 10:15 am         Wolves
10:15 am - 10:30 am       Powder Puff or Dads Cars
10:30 am - 11 am            Bears
11am - Noon                   Webelos 1 and 2
Noon - 12:30 pm             Clean Up

Those of you who volunteered for Saturday please show up at 8:30 sharp. We dont have much time to get organized in the morning. We also will need some folks to judge cars on design. We normally have the Parent from the group before judge the previous group. So fro example the Wolf Parent will judge the Tiger Cars and then the Bear Parents will judge the Wolf cars and so on.

This means you may have to stay slightly after your alloted time so we can finish the judging, but since we go by best time after your car is judged and your race is over you are free to leave unless your volunteering

I did not get any volunteers to help on tear down specifically so if the Webelos can stay a little extra to help clean up it will be appreciated
