It has been confirmed we have the Cafeteria at Bob Beard for the Pine Wood Derby this Saturday
Here is the schedule for the races:
9am - 9:30 am Setup
9:30 am - 10 am Tiger Race
10 am - 10:30 am Wolf Race
10:30 am - 11 am Bear Race
11 am - 11:30 am Webelos Race
11:30 am - 12 pm Parent or Sibling Race
11:30 am - 12 pm Clean Up
All racers need to come 15 minutes prior to their race for check in. In addition we would request the Tigers come a little earlier to help with Setup and the Webelos stay to help with Clean up. Anyone else who would like to help you can come during those times.
We also do some setup on Friday night around 7 pm for those who can come to help then as well.
As a final reminder the Pack Activity and Den Dues payments are due in full at this meeting
