Deborah Coyle and Claudia Velazquez did a wonderful job running the meeting as Cubmaster Chumbley had an emergency right before the meeting. Everything turned out to be OK so no need to worry and a big THANK you for the ladies for a great job.
On the activities front we have the up and coming Raingutter regatta on Friday 11/30 and there is a Cub Adventure camp coming up in December. You will need to register directly with the Council by 12/3 if you want to attend this camp.
The Pack is going to be buying the Scouts Pack TShirts from the design that was selected from the Pack meeting in October. We collected sizes from the boys who attended the Pack meeting on Monday the 12th. For those who were unable to attend the meeting please email your Den leader so they can get us the sizes for the Scouts or get this information to us at the Regatta.
Also 3 other things will be done at the Regatta
- Anyone who has their Popcorn money already, please bring it as we will be collecting this if you have it.
- We will have a sign up sheet for Adult TShirts for those who want them. They will be $10 at this time and payment will be due that day. This is due to the fact we will be submitting a bulk order. You will be able to get a shirt later, but any future order may cost more.
- Den Dues for those Scouts who have not paid yet will be due.
We have put together a document that outlines the rules for the Regatta and gives an overview of how the Events work that night. Here is a link to it:

On the night of the event, we always can use help with setup or clean up. So if you can come a little early or stay a little late that would be great.......... :)
Sorry for being so verbose, but as I said we have a lot going on at the moment and as always if you have any questions please email us at.......pack903helotes@gmail.com
Happy Thanksgiving.........Gobble, Gobble, Gobble
